It is in the south part of Paris near Gare Montparnasse. My recommendation is that take the RER B (blue) train to Gare du Nord. Then catch the E train to Saint Lazare. Then take the #12 heading to Mairle d'lssy and two stops before the end is Porte de Versailes.

Another possible route: Take the RER B train from CDG to Paris Cité Universitaire station. From there transfer (you'll need a Metro ticket/ticket t+, the RER train ticket for the RER B is not valid for transfers onto trams/buses) to Tramway 3 direction Pont de Garigliano until Porte de Versailles stop. Tramway 3 is a nice way to see a bit of the southern part of Paris as it travels from East to West over to Porte de Versailles. The gates are right in front of the tram stop.

    Best regards,
