Default Train from CDG to Paris Gare Lyon

Can I travel from CDG to Paris Gare Lyon by train? Or by train plus Metro? What is the best way? Thanks!

I've linked the Paris Metro/RER map below. You will see that you can't get directly from CDG to Gare de Lyon on the one train - you have to change at Chatelet Les Halles station from the airport train (the blue RER Line B) onto the red RER Line A to get to Gare de Lyon. This is a simple cross-platform transfer and is easy to do. You can buy a single ticket or pass at CDG which will be valid for the whole trip - you don't have to buy a new ticket at Chatelet Les Halles.

Alternatively the Les Cars Air France buses run door to door from the airport to Gare de Lyon. (You don't have to be flying Air France to use them). They are a good solution if you have a lot of luggage, although are more prone to traffic delays than the trains. The RER and Metro are good systems, but travel in the rush hour with large bags can be difficult. Outside of the peaks, not a problem.
