RER B to RER A/D at Chatelet Les Halles

Hello all,
On my way from CDG ( at around 8 PM ) to Gare de Lyon I wil need to change over from the RER B to the RER A or the RER D at Chatelet Les Halles ,to get to Gare de Lyon. From what I have heard the Chatelet Les Halles is enormous . How difficult will the switch over be ? I will be jet lagged with some luggage.

Chatelet is very large, but the transfer between RER's is quite easy. Line B’s track south from CDG (towards Saint-Michel) and Line A’s track towards the Gare de Lyon are both located on the same platform, so you just get off Line B and walk a few steps to the opposite face of the same platform and wait for the next Line A train. There's a map of the layout on Wikipedia.

Alternatively, you might want to consider the "Les Cars Air France" regular coach shuttle service between CDG and Gare de Lyon. You don't have to be travelling on Air France, you just pay the driver. The coaches are long distance style with luggage holds underneath; it's not like a city bus. Here's the route:
